Ingredient : Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg (as ascorbic acid 180 mg and as sodium ascorbate 360mg) Contains lactose. No added gluten, glucose, sucrose, yeast, artificial preservatives or egg.

Direction: Children 6-12: chew 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Adults and children over 12: chew 1 to 2 tablets daily or as directed by your heath care professional.
