Add 1 to 2 pouches to 30-60ml of your favourite cold beverage into a shaker cup and shake. Add additional liquid as desired, shake and drink. It is recommended that you do not heat, add hot / warm liquid or use a high-speed blender as it will significantly decrease the effectiveness of the product. Keep out of reach of children.
