Directions:

• Remove the transparent plastic film and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin.
• The gel has a strong adhesive power, it fits the skin and stays in place.
• The gel sheets may be placed in the refrigerator before use for stronger cooling effect.
• Do not place them in the freezer.
• The sheets may be cut to the desired size using scissors.

• Store in a cool dry place, away from the direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children or people who find it difficult to use independently

• Do not use for infants.
• The gel sheets may not adhere sufficiently when excessive perspiration or powder, skin cream or similar materials are on the skin. In those cases, wipe and clean the skin before applying the gel sheets.
• The cooling effect of the gel sheets decreases gradually after opening the pouch. Use the sheets promptly once the pouch is opened. - Use each gel sheet once only for efficacy and hygiene
