Direction:

For treatment and prevention of Vitamin D deficiency: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

For adjuvant treatment for osteoporosis: Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
