Product Features:

Sublimation coated with cotton is designed for digital printing supporting the use of specially developed products, core materials imported high-quality products to ensure the comfort of cotton feel after sublimation printing, color and color fastness, transfer works well, pattern and delicate, long time not fade and can achieve hollow effect.

Usage:

The coating should be stirred well before using.
Use brush or spraying method to apply the coating on the cotton fabric uniformly over the area where sublimation transfer printing to be carried printed.
Leave the cotton fabric to dry under normal condition or by hot air blower for quicken drying process.
Pre-heat the heat press machine into 180-210ºC and set the heating time to 30 second.
Now it's done, you can proceed the image transfer procedure.

HOW TO USE POLYTEX SUBLIMATION COATING SPRAY:
1. Get an A4/A3 sublimation paper. Then, print your project on it using sublimation ink.
2. Get your Tshirt project that you want to print on and spray the PolyTex Sublimation Coating Spray for cotton fabric on the area that you want your design to be, and leave it to dry for 5 minutes or use hair dryer to blow it dry for faster result.
3. Cut out your design and place it face down on the exact spot you sprayed earlier , then place it on heatpress machine and heatpress it according to your set gauge for sublimation printing.
4. After you have done, peel off the sublimation paper from the cotton fabric. Using this Polytex Sublimation Coating Spray, the picture can appear clearly and colourful, your image will become very clear and very glossy and it will last long.
