Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Recipe:
1. In a saucepan, combine oats and water/milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
2. Add diced apple and cinnamon powder to the saucepan. Stir well.
3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and the mixture thickens.
4. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and stir to combine.
