Cinnamon Sticks Tea:
1. Crush or break 2-3 organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks to release more flavor.
2. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
3. Add the crushed cinnamon sticks to the boiling water.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the cinnamon sticks simmer in the water for 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
5. Optionally, add honey or sweetener of your choice during the last few minutes of simmering for sweetness.
6. Turn off the heat and strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer into a teapot or serving cups.
