Himalayan Salt Crusted Salmon:
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. Create a thick, wet paste by combining Himalayan fine salt and egg whites.
3. Season salmon fillets with black pepper and place them skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Cover the salmon fillets with the salt paste, ensuring they are completely encased in the crust.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salt crust turns golden and hardens.
6. Let the cooked salmon rest for a few minutes before cracking open the salt crust.
7. Carefully remove the salt crust from the salmon fillets and discard it.
8. Serve the Himalayan Salt Crusted Salmon on a plate, optionally garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
