A brake wheel cylinder is composed of several parts, and is located at each wheel. When the hydraulic pressure is transferred from master cylinder, the pistons inside of the wheel cylinder are pushed outwardly, thus pushing the brake shoes against the brake drum, providing friction needed for braking the vehicle.

SANYCO wheel cylinders are made of cast iron or aluminum alloys. They are inspected by high precision instruments and must pass endurance tests at elevated and sub-freezing temperatures. Components must pass strict anti-corrosion salt spray test, so that every wheel cylinder is assured to provide optimal performance.
