Q: How to power on/off?
A: Please press and hold the Play button for 3 seconds to power on; the blue light will go on for 1 second. To power off, please press and hold the Play button for 5 second and the red light will flash for 1 second.
Q: How to do BT pairing?
A: The pairing mode starts automatically the first time it was turned on. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
Q: Why device pairing fails?
A: Please check that your earphones are in the discoverable mode (red and blue lights flash alternately). Or, please make sure that your earphones are not connected to other devices. Here, we recommend you to press and hold the Vol+ and Vol- simultaneously for 5 seconds. Thus, your headphones pairing history will be cleaned and entered the discoverable mode automatically. Then, you can try again.
Q: How to do if BT connection is not stable, causing some interruptions?
A: Please try shortening the distance between your earphones and device. Also, please avoid solid barriers in between, keep away from strong interference sources including WIFI and GPRS and make sure the BT antenna of your device is not blocked.
