SEQUOIA SEQAshield is a high performance exterior wall finish specially formulated to protect your wall from sorching sun and torrential rain. The fungus and dirt resistant formula give exterior wall at least 6 years protection from fungus, algae and dirt so your wall always stay clean and bright. The excellent alkali-resistant and adhesion property gives the coating a longer life span. Suitable for all normal exterior surface include brickwork, plaster, cement, rendering and asbestos.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure the surface to be painted is clean. Remove all loose paint or powdery residue by brushing or scraping with a stiff fibre brush under running water or with a high pressure water jet. Use fungicidal wash to treat areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss. Allow to dry before painting. For best results, apply 1 coat of SEQUOIA Acrylic Wall Sealer followed by 2 coat of SEQUOIA SEQAshield.

*Do not apply SEQAshield in wet weather.
DATA AND DIRECTION FOR USE
Touch Dry : Dependent on temperature and humidity.
Recoat : 1-2 hours
Coverage : 10 m2 / litre
Number Of Coats : minimum 2 coats
Application : Stir the paint well before use. Application can be made by brush, roller or spray.
Thinning : Dilution is not necessary unless required, and recommendation for dilution is maximum 5% with water only.
Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with clean water immediay after use.

SEQUOIA SEQAshield ialah kemasan dinding luar berpretasi tinggi yang memberi perlindungi dinding luaran daripada panas terik matahari dan hujan lebat. formula mencegah kulat dan kotoran memberi sekurang-kurangnya 6 tahun perlindungan daripada kulat, rumpai air dan kotoran supaya dinding selalu lihat bersih dan cerah. komposisi mencegah alkali memboleh cat tahan lebih lama. Sesuai untuk semua permukaan dinding luaran termasuk binaan bata, plaster, simen dan asbestos.

PENYEDIAAN PERMUKAAN
Pastikan permukaan yang hendak dicat licin bersih. Buang segala lupasan dan sisa bersubuk dengan pancutan air tekanan tinggi atau berus keras. Guna fungicidal wash untuk rawati permukaan yang terjejas akibat rumpai air, kulat dan lumut. Baiki kerosakan kecil dengan likatan gred luar yang sesuai. Untuk hasil yang cemerlang, sapu 1 lapisan SEQUOIA Acrylic Wall Sealer diikuti dengan 2 lapisan SEQUOIA SEQAshield.

*Jangan sapu SEQAshield dalam cuaca lembap.
