  1. Youbeli Reward Points
    You can earn Youbeli Reward Points through below 3 ways: 
    a. Rewarded through completed orders
    b. Rewarded through successfully rated a product
    c. Rewarded through marketing activities

    Rewarded through completed orders
    You can earn Youbeli Reward Points by making transactions in Youbeli. When an order is placed, the final purchase price will be used to calculate the points earned, excluding shipping fees, voucher discounts, wallet credit, used point credit.

    Example:  
    Youbeli Reward Points to be earned = Product price - Youbeli Point Redemption - Youbeli Wallet – Voucher discounts 

    Youbeli Reward Points will be credited into your account after the order is completed, upon you click on [Order Received] button in the Order History within 14 days after the product is delivered. 

    Rewarded through successfully rated a product

    You will be rewarded a total of 50 Youbeli Reward Points when you successfully rate and review your completed order. 
    - Give a star rating to earn 20 Youbeli Reward Points 
    - Rate and comment review to earn 50 Youbeli Reward Points 

    Your Review must meet all the following conditions:
    - Your Reviews must be original.
    - Reviews must be focused and concise on the product under review.
    - Reviews should not duplicate the content that has already published.
    - Be truthful and objective.
    - Reviews should not include posts that have spam, commercial or advertising content or links.
    - Reviews should not abuse, harass, or threaten another's personal safety.

    Youbeli.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not comply with above conditions. Youbeli.com is not responsible or liable in any way for ratings and reviews posted by customers.

    Rewarded through marketing activities
    You can also earn Youbeli Reward Points by participating in Youbeli marketing campaign or promotional activities.

  2. Transactions that do not earn Youbeli Reward Points
    NOT all Youbeli transactions are merited to Youbeli Reward Points. Here’s the list of exclusions. Please note that the list is non-exhaustive, please check regularly for updated information.
    - Top up of Youbeli Wallet 
    - Purchase of Virtual Products, such as mobile top up

    - Purchase of Gaming Credits, including but not limited to Mol Points, Razer Gold, Razer Pin, Garena, MyCard, STEAM
    - Redemption of e-vouchers

    - Discounted amount 
    - Shipping fees and taxes 


     
  3. What is the value of my Youbeli Reward Points
    For every RM 1.00 spent at Youbeli.com, you will earn 1 point.

    Example:
    Transaction Value:  RM 100.00
    Value of 100 Points Earned:  RM 1.00

    Youbeli.com reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown here will always be current.


     
  4. Will my Youbeli Reward Points expire
    Beginning December 1, 2022, upon making a point-earning transaction in Youbeli.com, the expiry date of your Youbeli Reward Points will be valid within the next 3 months of your last transaction.

    Example: 

    - You make a point-earning transaction on December 10, 2022, your points expiry date will be March 31, 2023 (3 months from the month of your last transaction). 
    - If you make another point-earning transaction on January 1, 2023, your points expiry date will be extended by one month to April 30, 2023. 

    Remarks: 
    - Making multiple transactions in the same month does not impact your points expiry date.
    - Earning points through successfully rated a product and/ or participating marketing activities will not impact your points expiry date.
    - If there is not point-earning transaction within the 3 months, all Youbeli Reward Points will be expired. 


    Youbeli.com is unable to reinstate your reward points once it is expired. We highly encourage you to monitor closely of the expiry date of the points. You may check your points under “My Account” page > Youbeli Reward Point

     
  5. How to redeem my Youbeli Reward Points
    You can redeem Youbeli Reward Points in ALL STORES in Youbeli.com, except purchase of virtual/ digital products, such as e-vouchers, mobile top up, gaming credits. See exclusions at point 2.

    There is no minimum amount of Youbeli Reward Points required before you can start spending your points. But there are limits on the amount of Youbeli Reward Points you can use, in which each order can be offset up to a maximum of 1,500 points (RM 15.00) or 15% of the total order amount. 


    Example:
    Product Price:  RM 50.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 7.50 (maximum 15% of the product amount)

    Product Price:  RM 100.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 15.00(maximum 15% of the product amount)

    Product Price: RM 200.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 15 (maximum 15% of the product amount)


    You can redeem your Youbeli Reward Points under “Use Reward Points” in checkout page. Once the order is placed, the points will be deducted instantly from your account. 

     
  6. How to check Youbeli Reward Point History
    You can view and track your Youbeli Reward Points transaction through Point History under “My Account” page > Youbeli Reward Point.


    In your Point History, you will see your Points Received from completed purchase and Points Used that were redeemed successfully.

 

  1.  What happen to my Youbeli Reward Points if my order is being cancelled
 You are eligible for a refund of your Youbeli Reward Points provided you meet the following conditions when your order is being cancelled: 
 
 a. You must have used Youbeli Reward Points to pay for the purchase. 
 
 b. You must not have used any of the products from the refunded purchase. 
 
The refund process will start once we have verified the eligibility of the customer. The refund will be issued in the form of Youbeli Reward Points, which can be used for future purchases in Youbeli.com. The refund will be equal to the number of Youbeli Reward Points used to pay for the refunded purchase.
 
The refunded Youbeli Reward Points together with existing Youbeli Reward Points (if available), will be valid within the next 1 month from the date of issuance, unless the previous expiry date is the latter, then it shall remain as the latter. If there is no point-earning transaction within this period, all Youbeli Reward Points will be expired.

 

  1. Report issue regarding to Youbeli Reward Points 
    Check your Youbeli Reward point history to verify the points earned. In case of discrepancy, please contact us and provide as much information as possible for us to look into the issue.

     
  2. Conditions of Use
    a. Youbeli Reward Points are only available to Youbeli.com registered member.
    b. Youbeli Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases.
    c. Youbeli Reward Points are non-refundable and non-transferable between members.
    d. Youbeli Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
    e. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded when calculating the amount of points earned.
