基隆人，十五歲開始進劇場。先當演員，人生迄今最長一段時期在做導演以及戲劇系老師，最喜歡的演出形式是讀劇。接下來的日子想學寫字，因為愈來愈不能忍受一個人以外的時光。

內容簡介：
「藝術永垂不朽，藝術插入她身體裡的傷口，也是。」
劇場裡，她就像契訶夫《海鷗》裡的妮娜，渴望成為一個偉大的演員，為此她竭盡全力，不怕吃苦，甚至離家住在排練場的一角。
什麼是「為藝術犧牲」？什麼是「把自己交出去」？什麼是「喚醒身體裡的慾望」？沿著那些發著光卻又令人摸不著頭緒的美好句型，她奮力想追上藝術與美，卻在途中失足——而她甚至不確定，是自己不夠小心，還是有人在她背後推了一把。
十二年後，她從靜芳變成淑芬，試圖陪伴曾遭遇性創傷的他人，但她自己，好起來了嗎？或者該問：好得起來嗎？
當每一個角色，在劇場上或現實裡，作為或不作為都是一種「採取行動」，身在其中的你，或許身不由己地扮演了不只一個角色。
