Homemade Yogurt - Yogurt Oatmeal Cup

This is a low-fat healthy breakfast. Bananas are rich in potassium and full-bodied. They are especially suitable for summer sports. Oatmeal is also recognized as a healthy ingredient.
Preparation ingredient: yogurt, oatmeal, chia seed, jam/honey, fresh fruit/nut
step:
1. Prepare a sealed cup one night in advance and put a layer of homemade yogurt on the bottom of the cup.
2. Then sprinkle a little Chia seed on the yogurt, honey/jam,
3. Add the chopped fruit and nuts to a layer of homemade yogurt.
4. Get up the next morning and take out the yogurt cup, mix some milk, you can start!
