It is a healthier option compare to microwave when heating up chill food from fridge to eat the next day. To have a quick heat up, we simply use 5L – it will get heated up from 5-8min
Base Tray is removable, thus you can put the whole melon to do"dan dong"for chinese cuisine, as per picture show on top as compare to TFS-18 previous model and other steamer do not have this function to remove the base tray.
60 MINUTE TIMER
One of this steamer’s significant features is the 60 minute ‘autostop’ timer that includes a bell. This feature will guide you on when the heating has stopped. So you do not have to keep rechecking and wasting your time observing or wondering whether your food is cooked or not. The timer will alert you when the heating has stopped.
EXTERIOR WATER REFILL FUNNEL
The steamer also includes an exterior water refill funnel that functions to assist you on adding water without having to disengage any part of the steamer. There is a water level indicator that tells you how much water is needed for the steaming. So you do not have to play any guessing games when it comes to filling in the water.
