We offer FLAT-RATE SHIPPING of RM6.00 (SM) / RM10.50 (SW) / RM11.00 (SB)
Courier Services we uses Poslaju, Pgeon, DHL etc. After confirmation of payments, it will take 1 day to process for shipping. We do provided Cash on Collection method, only for penang island only thank you.
Combine shipping are allowed, no extra charges.

All item will shipout on all weekdays only.

Example 1, If before (Sunday 11PM) pay, it will ship out on Monday.
Example 2, If after (Sunday 11pm) or Monday payment, shipment will be on Tuesday.

Same process for all weekdays.

The shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Although you order at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes/bubble wrapping are used for wrapping and your items are well-protected.


When your shipment arrives:


When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately.

Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.

We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.

Return and Refund Policy

We do offer 3 Days Warranty Service for product which is defective

If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 2 days and deliver back to us within 7 days. Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. We offer 3 days warranty return period, with buyer paying the return postage.

Please take note that warranty does not cover:

  • Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
  • Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster or act of God.
  • All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
  • This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non-compatible hardware and the like.
  • If customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase.
  • Buyer purchase wrong item, request for exchange.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss of profits) arising from use of the product purchased or any breach of this warranty

Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.

All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. We will fully responsible if the product(s) damaged on arrival due to delivery mishandling. Please report to us via email within 48 hours from the time of package arriving. Any report after 48 hours shall not be entertain.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.

Policy on Out-of-Stock Items. Please contact us for investigation before you return the item to us.

Scenario 1:

  • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
  • In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

Scenario 2:

  • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
  • In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives. However, if customer is willing to pay for the extra delivery fee to get the available items first we can ship the products that are available first. And once the out of stock arrive we will ship it out and notify customer.
