RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All items sold in Bigtools is come with “7 days Satisfactory Return Guarantee”.
Requirements for a valid return:
(To further jusfity whether or not your return items are qualify to meet Bigtools.com return policy, we seek your kind coordination to take few photos for the return items in all dimensions & email to [email protected] for our "Friendly Customer Team" to advise you on this matter.)
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
- Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
- Include printed Shipping Label and Bigtools Tax Invoice in each return package box
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
Refund of shipment cost:
- If buyer requested 'Return' due to damaged, faulty or wrong product,seller has to bear buyer's return shipping fee.
- If the 'Return' is due to buyer's change of mind, then buyer will bear their own shipping fee to return the product to seller.
XANTZ VENTURE SDN BHD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.
