1) You may request for refund before PChomeSEA ships the goods abroad.
2) Once the delivery status goes into international shipping, you may only request for refund unless the received good is different from what you ordered from the product page (proof such as screeshots or receipts required)
3) The returned goods must be in complete (including gifts and/or accessories) and in new condition in order to receive complete refund.
4) Buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of returning the goods to PChomeSEA (including domestic and international shipping fee, if required)
5) The refund process starts once PChomeSEA has confirmed receive and inspect the goods returned
