Exchange Orders

*Request for exchange within 3 calendar days following delivery date.
1. Notify us on the fault at [email protected]

2. Include the following details in your email:
– Date of purchase
– Order Number
– Brand and Product Name
– Details of the fault together with photos as well as condition of any packaging

3. The exchanged product must be accompanied with its original packaging delivered for inspection.

4. We will NOT accept items with obvious sign of use.

5. Correct orders generally take 2 days to be delivered.

Return Orders

3. The returned product must be accompanied with its original packaging delivered for inspection.

4. We will NOT accept items with obvious sign of use.

5. Correct orders generally take 2 days to be delivered.

6. Delivery fees will be bare by us.

RM 1 – RM 79 = RM 10
RM 80 & above = FREE

International shipping are subject to weight and Duty Fees. It takes 7 to 14 business days for arrival in the destination country.
