This soup meal is to cook with chicken! This is invigorate your "Qi" and stimulate your blood circulation!

Serve 4 persons

Prepare:

• 1 whole young chicken,
• 1 tea spoon of cooking oil,
• Aluminium foil
• 1 tsp of salt
• a pinch of pepper
• 1/4 spoon of sesame oil
• 1 tbsp of Chinese wine
• 1 big bowl of broth

1. Wash the chicken and remove its internal organs. Put the chicken into a big bowl
2. Heat the Wok, Add suitable amount of water and 1 tsp of cooking oil, cook all the ingredients and the seasoning above in the water
3. Pour all ingredients carefully into the big bowl where the chicken is. Add more seasoning if required
4. Seal the bowl with aluminium foil and steam for 1:30 hours. Serve

Keep in refrigerator if needed
