Delivery Methods

1. Pos Laju as local courier within Peninsular Malaysia,Sabah and Sarawak.

Courier is FREE within Peninsular Malaysia for normal offers only and selected items.

For super deal offers on selected items , this courier service is not FREE. If you would like to choose this Pos laju for super deal offers,then the charges are as below:-

a) Peninsular Malaysia :- RM 6-7 for the first 500g 

b) Sabah Sarawak :- RM 12 for the first 500 g

2. For International Courier, you can choose

a.Pos Malaysia International

b. TNT Express

c. DHL Express

d. EMS Pos Laju

3. Citylink/POS MALAYSIA ( for domestic parcels about 2.5kg and above) 

The duration of the delivery is about 3-5 days of working days in Malaysia.

The duration of the delivery is about 5- 18 days of working days for International courier.

International Air Parcel

Any parcel containing merchandise or bulky and heavy items transmitted to a foreign destination by air. International Air Parcel is a convenient and economical service that comes with the track and trace features.

Please note that these are  estimated value and will be changed from time to time by the courier. management if there is any updates.All charges of shipping are determined by the courier department.

Please note that all these charges do not include the taxes and handling of 6% from the courier companies. And the charges varies from products to products for the international freights.

Buyers must have the import consent letter  from own country so that buyers will not face problems of debarking items at their own country. Buyers should be clear that seller are not responsible if  any product that is hauled at custom service of own country due to inability to  purchase due to violation of the own government laws.
