Deep Fry - From Ambient
1) Heat the oil until a moderate heat.
2) Add a pack of Shrimp Fritter Flour (200g) in a bowl.
3) Mix Shrimp Fritter Flour with 225ml of water.
Gradually pour in the water during mixing, until mixed well.
4) When oil is hot, drop in the Shrimp Fritter Flour with a spoon to give the shape that you prefer.
5) Drain the Shrimp Fritter Flour when color is golden brown.
Serve best when hot.
