使用方法
1. 使用前准备 : 将垫子(瑜伽垫) 铺在地面上:按下吸盘开关,将卷腹瘦腰器固定在光滑无缝的地面上,并使高度调节卡扣正对自己.
2. 通过高度调节卡扣来调节泡棉的高度,让您获得舒适的运动位置。
3. 做上肢卷腹运动或者仰卧起坐运动时,双脚分别勾住泡棉即可.
4. 做上卷腹运动时候,双脚放在泡棉上使得腰部紧贴在地面,从而保护腰椎。

器械保养
1. 使用时,将用于固定吸盘的地面清理干净;
2. 使用时,将吸盘的橡胶底部的污物,灰尘清理干净,也可用少量清水清洗,保持橡胶湿润,从而使吸盘更牢固地将器械固定在地面上;
3. 为了防止硅胶老化,应避免器材处于暴晒,潮湿高热,风吹等不良环境中,也要避免橡胶沾上油污,强酸强碱等腐蚀性化学品。

安全注意

1. 在开始训练前,确保吸盘已将器械固定在地面上;
2. 每次使用该器械训练时,使用时长不宜超过1小时;
3.该器械仅用于卷腹训练,不可用于吸取重物等它用。

Usage

1. Preparation: Unfold the cushion; press the button to fix the sucker on smooth and un-seamed surface. Make the height snap joint facing to you.
2. Get a comfortable position by adjusting the height of the snap joint and foams.
3. Hook the foams with your feet while doing sit-ups.(P2)
4. Put your feet on the foams and keep your waist close to the ground to protect your lumbar vertebra while rolling up abdomen.


Equipment Maintenance
1.Clean the ground before fixing the sucker.
2. Clean the sucker with some water to moisten the surface.
3.To prevent the rubber from being aging too fast, avoid from keeping the product in the extremely hot, wet or windy environment. Keep the rubber away from corrosive materials

Safety Attentions
1. Make sure the product already fixed firmly before starting the training.
2. It is advisable to exercise with the product within an hour.
3.The product is only for abdominal training. Not to use to suck weights
