50 dogs drowned at Furrykids Safehaven animal shelter on 4November 2020. Heavy downpour with floods up to 2 storeys high. Workers only managed to bring 30 dogs and puppies to the rooftop. Unfortunately, they could not rescue the rest. Muchof the facility was destroyed in the flood, and the shelter needs to be relocated the surviving dogs and puppies, whilst planning to rebuild.
