• Booking must be made with iCosmos Enterprise at-least 2 working days prior to your travelling date.
• You will receive confirmation email with your official Airport Transfer E-voucher within 2 working days (normally within 12 hours)
• Printed iCosmos Enterprise e-Voucher is to be presented for verification purposes to claim your airport transfer.

• Surcharges for services excluded in the inclusions will be payable directly to your driver

• Infants must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided

• On arrival at the airport, after custom clearance and baggage claim, proceed to exit the airport where you will be meet & greet by our friendly representative.
• Our rep will hold a placard with you name and after you are greeted, you will be ushered to your vehicle.
• Our rep is assigned to wait for you for a maximum of 60 minutes; from the time of flight landed at the airport.
