Ingredient : Angelicae sinensis, ligustici wallichii, glycyrrhiae preparata, olong tea, cinnamomum aromaticum, piper nigrum, and codonopsis pilousulae
1. Eggs cooked with boiling water, remove and flick eggshell it cracks uniform but not broken.
2. Eggs and ingredients (A) put into the pot, pour in the water soaked eggs, boil at high heat.
3. Turn to medium heat, boil for 2 hours, to keep moisture overshadowed eggs, serve hot.
