Chicken curry paste
Ingredient : Palm oil, onion,garlic,chilli,ginger,lemongrass,curry powder,salt,sugar,seasoning and perservatives.
1. mix 1 packet KEE HIONG Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken and 2 medium potato (cut into pieces) to fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. add 500ml water simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
3. add 200ml pure coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil serve.
