1. mix 1 packet of KEE HIONG Assam Fish Paste in 400ml water. Bring to boil.
2. add 600g fish (or other seafood), cover lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes.
3. add 3 lady fingers and 1 tomato (cut to small sizes) to cook for another 2 minutes.
adjust taste and server hot.
