 You have 3 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.

 The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 Your product must be in the original packaging. 

 We will replace your item with a new one or with any product that is available within the

same price.

 The product is damaged upon receipt.

 The product does not function as described as written in the product description.

 The product is not as per the order. (Eg. Wrong size/color/volume delivered).

instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number; courier company and order number

once your send out the product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping

costs are nonrefundable. However, we will bear for the shipping costs if we send a wrong/defect

product to you.
