Return and Exchange Policy:
1) Goods sold are not refundable nor returnable
2) No refund on shipping fee
3) Man made defects such as damage after use, water damage and so on are not covered under warranty

If you wish to exchange or return defective or incorrect products shipped. Please follow the below steps:

Step 2) Send photos/videos of the defective or incorrect products shipped
Step 3) Return the item to us in Original Packaging inclusive of Free Gifts

Important Note:
The goods shall be returned within 5 days upon approval by the seller.
Must be in their original purchase condition, brand new and unused.
All returns or exchange must be packaged with all supplied items/free gifts when it was delivered to the buyer.
The postage fee for return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer.
