- For warranty claim, Shipping Cost for warranty claim/purpose, Buyer have to bear the shipping cost for sending back to us. For sending back to you, we will bear for 1 time only following Order ID for your product that sending back to us for warranty claim/purpose.
- When shipping product to us, in the event of such problems being lost, broken, please be inform that we will not be liable and responsible.
- Kindly check the product you order when you receive the item, if any problem please inform us within 48 hours.
- Product that need to return must in good condition and without any damage or scratch.
- Product sold are non-refundable, returnable, exchangeable to other product(except warranty purpose)
- Product returned for claim will be fully tested before we can make an exchange for you.
- Please check the product when you accept it and before using it. We will not be liable for damages during installation and cause your gadget to malfunction.
- LCD and Touchscreen Board must check and test alignment and display before you remove any sticker protectors and warranty stickers. Warranty will be void after you remove the sticker protectors and warranty stickers.
- The warranty will be removed if the protector sticker and warranty sticker has been removed/broken/damaged/lost or products such as LCD and Touchscreen Board, If it has been paste or gum or appears to have been used. We are apologize here as no exchange will be made.
- If your purchased product appears to be damaged from your own installation, we will not be able to offer any form of refund or exchange.
- Please be inform because of the large number of product, we cannot update our price everyday. if there is a price change after you made a purchase, we will contact you.
