Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at My Premium Collectibles. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, kindly see the following:

  • The product is not as per order. (Eg. Wrong product/volume delivered)
  • You have 2 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received them. 
  • The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.
  • Your product must be in the original packaging.
  • We will replace your item with the correct one. 


Return and Exchange Procedures

Please contact us at 0123235700 or email to myteamkit@gmail if you would like to request for a return or exchange. Please include the following details in your email in order for us to process your exchange sonnest possible: 

  • Order No
  • Payment Slip
  • Product to Return or Exchange
  • Reason for Return or Exchange

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 1 business day for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you send out the product for claiming warranty.

Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your warranty claim. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defeat product to you.
