Return request should be made within 7 days upon receiving the parcel in case of wrong product or damaged product. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.In general, the amount shall be refunded with the same amount buyer paid upon payment.The return cost and/or indemnity may be charge to buyer after item returned.The refund may not be accepted in the following condition:1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault (except only opened packaging).2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.4. The item has been customized for specific buyer.
