We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.
We provide warranties for the following products:
- Jersey : 30 days warranty
- Nameset Printing: LIFETIME warranty
Your NAMESET is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from any kind of defects at the time of LIFETIME period with following terms:
1) Nameset material is still available
2) Customer have to pay the shipping fee of sending
back to L JERSEY. Shipping fee of sending back
to customer is FOC.

you want to claim the warranty.
4) Please make sure the warranty card is activated
During the warranty period, and upon proof of warranty
card, the Product will be repaired by using the same
material as before.
Please note that we would be a chargeable service fee up to [ RM 50 ] with the shipping cost should the product is found as "No Fault Found" for any warranty claim.
Warranty Claim Procedures
Please contact us at +6011-59444556 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the product(s) is still under warranty. Please include the following details in the email:
- Order No
- Payment Slip
- Faulty Issue
- Return Address, Your name & contact number
Upon receiving the above request, we will contact you within 24 hours for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you have sent out the product for a warranty claim.
Failure to email us may result in delaying the processing of the warranty claim. We will advise you with further instructions once we confirm the item is faulty due to non artificial damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
