Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If your purchases are not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to assist you on this.

 

To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, kindly see the following:

  • You must contact us within 5 calendar days from the date you received the products. 
  • The products must be unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.
  • The products must be in the original packaging and plastic wrap must be in seal condition.
  • The product is not as per order. (E.g. Wrong product was delivered)

If the goods/products have been used, opened or damaged, there will not be any refund unless is manufacturing defect issue.
 

Return, Refund and Exchange Procedures
Please contact us at info@myshizen.com or WhatsApp/WeChat us at +6017-772 8992 if you would like to request for a return, refund or exchange. Please include the following details when contacting us for us to process your return, refund or exchange in a timely manner: 

  • Order No
  • Product to Return, Refund or Exchange
  • Reason for Return, Refund or Exchange

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 1 business days for further instructions.

 

Please Email/WhatsApp/WeChat us the parcel tracking number, courier company once you have send out the product back to us. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products that met the above conditions, you will receive your refund or exchange within 7 days after the confirmation.

 

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defective product to you.
