FASHIONBYFT will not accepts:
1. Any customer personal feeling, or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund; based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suit you, fit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.
2. Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display will be exactly accurate.
3. The customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
4. Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissor or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand.
Please be careful when opening your parcel.
5. If you feel the goods/product is uncomfortable or too transparent it is not allowed for exchange or refund.
6. Return or exchange is not allowed if size is not fit with customer. It is customer's responsibilities to make sure that measurement provided fit with their body.
FASHIONBYFT will exchange because of the large area of damage, large stain or send the wrong goods/product. FASHIONBYFT will not be responsible for all postage.
If your goods/products have quality problems with the above please contact FASHIONBYFTs customer service within 24 hours (excluding Sunday & Public Holiday) of received of goods/products date.
