Products can only be returned if incorrect or damaged. For incorrect products, we do not accept returns if original packaging (box, tamper-evident seal, plastic wrap or seal tape) have been removed or damaged.
Notify us within 2 days of received date.
Ship back within one week of receiving Return No. [Products shipped back to us without Return No. will be disposed after one week of receipt.]
A product is incorrect if the product type or color code/name is not as advertised. Product packaging may vary slightly depending on manufacturing batch. A product is considered damaged if found so at the time of delivery.
Exchange will be made upon receipt of the original product, subject to stock availability. If no stock is available, refund will be provided.
Return shipping cost (if any) will be reimbursed to you once we have confirmed incorrect or damaged.
Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your warranty claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defeat product to you.
