Our Delivery & Return Policy


How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for total purchases RM95 and above in a single order.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
For West Malaysia, delivery can take between 3 – 5 working days.
For East Malaysia, it may take between 3 – 7 working days depending on location.



What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We would like you to be satisfied with your products.
Returns and exchange are allowed within 7 days of receipt subject to the following terms:

  • The product was unused, unopened, in original packaging and/or tamper proof seal was not broken OR the product was received in a defective* condition
  • The packaging has not been opened (except if there is a faulty or defective product)
  • The product was bought from Blue Circle Care based on order records.

*Defective is defined as product received in broken or open packaging or medical device does not work when inserted and set-up according to manufacturer’s instruction manual.

Process for Return & Exchange


How and where should I return/exchange the product(s)?
Please take note that returns/exchanges should only be done through postage. If you have been asked to return the product(s), please send to our corporate address:
B-5-8, Plaza Mont Kiara, 2, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

How about postage charges?
Customer will need to bare the postage fee for product(s) send back to us during the return/exchange process. Please send the proof of payment (e.g. receipt issued by courier company) to us via email ([email protected]) or Whatsapp (+6017-2015 266). Upon confirmation, we will then refund the shipping charges back to your account as store credits. We do not refund shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase. Please take note that all refunds will be done via store credits.

How long will the return/exchange process take?
Please allow a minimum of 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned package from you.
