Warranty Policy


Warranty Policy

We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.

Warranty is not provided for below conditions:

  • Cosmestic damage such as, scratchces, nicks, stain, and dents.

  • Consumable parts such as batteries unless product damage has occured due to a defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other acts of nature or external causes.

  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorised service provider of Medic2u

  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without prior written permission of Medic2u

Please note that we would charge you a service fee up to RM 200 with the shipping costs if the product is deemed No Fault Found for any warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Procedures

Please contact us at 013-337 8117 or emailing us at if your products is still under warranty. You have to include the following details in the email:

  • Order No

  • Payment Slip

  • Faulty Issue

  • Return Address, Your name & contact number

Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within Three (3) business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once your send out the product for claiming warranty.

Failure to email us will be resulted in delayed in processing your warranty claim. We will advise you with further instruction once we confirm the item is faulty due to non artificial damage.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Please send the faulty item to this address:
