The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product must be in the original packaging.
We will replace your item with a new one or with any product that is available within the same price
The product is damaged upon reception.
The product does not function as described as per written in the product’s description.
The product is not as per the order. (Eg. Wrong size/colour/volume delivered)
Return and Exchange Procedures

Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within [2 business days] for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once your send out the product for claiming warranty.
Failure to email us will be resulted in delayed in processing your warranty claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. However, we will bear for the shipping costs if we send an wrong/defeat product to you.
