- Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
- The following items are NEVER returnable:
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
- Items that require special delivery.
- If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
- Items are not exchangeable
Subject to the General Notes above, if something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and return the item within 5 days after the said receiving date. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Item returned after the said period will not be entertained.
Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and does NOT refund shipping and handling charges. In case of free delivery item, cost of delivery will be deducted out from the refund (depends on the fee of the courier services used).
Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
We will NOT refund subjected to above General Notes of the Return Policy.
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, excluding shipping fees. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies.
