Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within 2 business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once your send out the product for claiming warranty.
Failure to email us will be resulted in delayed in processing your warranty claim. We will advise you with further instruction once we confirm the item is faulty due to non artificial damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
