Share and Earn - Terms & Conditions

1. Only registered Youbeli users are eligible to participate in the campaign.  
2. To participate in this campaign, Youbeli user (also known as inviter) is required to invite a new user (also known as invitee) to join Youbeli via referral link and earn 1,000 Youbeli reward points per every successful invite (validated sign-up), limited to 30 invites per inviter.  
3. To be eligible for 1,000 reward points, the invitee is required to register and validate as a Youbeli user via a referral link from the inviter.  
4. Once an invitee validates the sign-up, the inviter will get 1,000 reward points instantly.  
5. The Referral Reward is limited to the first 10,000 Successful Referrals only throughout the campaign period and will be on a first come first serve basis.   
6. You can redeem the reward points in all stores in Youbeli web/app, except for the purchase of virtual/ digital products, such as e-vouchers, mobile top-ups, and gaming credits. See here for the Reward Points FAQ. 
7. Reward points are not transferable to other accounts or exchangeable in other forms. 
8. One person can participate in the referral campaign via only one user account only. Registering a duplicate account or under fraudulent/suspicious circumstances can result in the suspension of all of your accounts without prior notice. Youbeli reserves the right to suspend, delete, or disable user accounts at its sole discretion. 
9. Youbeli reserves the right to suspend or remove the reward if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Youbeli Terms of Services. 
10. Youbeli reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions without notice or withdraw or discontinue this campaign at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of inconsistency between these terms & conditions and any marketing or promotional materials related to these campaigns, these Terms & conditions shall prevail.
