Return and Exchange Policy
We are always concerned with our post-sales service. If there is anything you are not satisfied with our purchase, we are always more than happy to replace your purchase with a brand new one.
In order to be eligible for our return and exchange policy, you will need to provide following items
- Order Number
- Payment slip
- Product that you wish to be replaced
- A note which includes the reason for replace.
Once we have received your request, we shall immediately assess the request and contact you within 7 3 working days. Please inform us by emailling us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number, expected delivery date once you send out the products for claiming warranty.
We regrettably to inform that we do not refund the purchases under circumstances.
