1. Product must be purchased from Huawei Malaysia Vmall Website, Vmall e-commerce cooperation partner or Huawei Authorized Dealer.
2.Exchange within 6 months from the date of receipt. 
3.Non-human-induced damage to the quality issues.
4.Free exchange is only for host (Phone body).Charger, battery and accessory are excluded. Only for the following product performance defect table of the parts to be replaced.

• Does not meet performance problems from the Mobile phone product performance failure table.The product is not purchases from Huawei Vmall Malaysia according to the serial number or IMEI. 
• Did not follow the product Instructions for use, maintenance, service and cause of the damage.
• The product has been water exposure, humidity or extreme temperature or environmental conditions, or the exposure to the foregoing conditions of rapid change, or been corrosion, oxidation or food or liquid spills or affected by chemicals. 
• The quality problem of the product occurs due to unauthorized maintenance, misuse, crash, neglect, soaking, accident, alteration, or incorrect installation. The label, serial number, or anti-counterfeiting label is torn or altered. 
• The returned items are incomplete. 
• The state warranty evidence including the invoice and warranty card is unavailable, altered, or not consistent with the product. 
• For exchange reason of logistics damages on delivery, missing parts, or wrong items, customer has signed for the product but can’t provide related proof or certificate from logistic company. 
• Mobile phones, tablets, modem, and other goods via a software upgrade can be troubleshooting cases, as long as send to an authorized service center upgrades, no exchangeable.
