All products sold in Huawei Vmall are genuine products. Huawei Vmall provide 15-days (inclusive) exchange and repair services for sold genuine products in warranty period. Protection covers, screen protector, and accessories are excluded.
Huawei Vmall promises that products meeting the following conditions can be exchanged within 15 days calculated from the day (inclusive) when you sign for the received package.
1. Product host’s functional failure or quality issue.
2. Logistic problem: Logistic problem refers to the damage, leakage, broken, or functional problem during delivery. (It is necessary to obtain evidence from courier or provide the photos in order to solve the problems faster)
Precautions (Read carefully)
1. About the exchange validity periodThe validity period for exchange is calculated from the day (inclusive) when you sign for the received package to the day when you request exchange. For example, if you sign for the received package on May 1, you need request exchange on May 15 at the latest. Otherwise, the exchange services are unavailable.
2. Whether the goods meet exchange condition
All products whose original packages have been opened must be inspected by Huawei ASC and proved to have quality problems before the products can be exchanged.
3. Models of replaceable products
Huawei Vmall only provides the same model, same specifications for exchange.
4. Situations that do not allow for exchange
1) The product is not sold by Huawei Vmall according to the serial number or IMEI.
2) The warranty period of the product has expired.
3) The quality problem of the product occurs due to unauthorized maintenance, misuse, crash, neglect, soaking, accident, alteration, or incorrect installation. The label, serial number, or anti-counterfeiting label is torn or altered.
4) The returned items are incomplete.
5) The warranty evidence including the invoice and warranty card is unavailable, altered, or not consistent with the product.
6) For exchange reason of logistics damages on delivery, missing parts, or wrong items, customer has signed for the product but can’t provide related proof or certificate from logistic company.
7) Software products are out of the warranty service for digital products in Huawei Vmall.
8) It is clearly stated that the product does not support return or exchange on Vmall.
5. Exclusion clauses
1) Pictures on Huawei Vmall web pages may vary slightly from the actual objects because of the light changes and display chromatic aberration. The effect presentation and diagram are synthetic and analog and only for reference. The product appearance (including but not limited to the color) depends on the actual product.
2) Limited by website space, information provided in Huawei Vmall (including but not limited to the product specifications and functions) may be incomplete. For detailed information, see related instruction manuals.
3) Huawei Vmall does not handle the return or exchange due to problems caused by your incorrect operations or environment restrictions.
4) Huawei Vmall does not provide the data export service for storage devices. Before returning storage devices to Huawei Vmall, ensure that data is exported. Huawei Vmall does not assume liabilities for data loss, damage, or leakage.
5) For faults that can be rectified through software upgrades on products such as mobile phones, tablets, and WAN cards, send the products to Huawei authorized after-sales service outlets for software upgrades. In such cases, products do not support return or exchange.
