  1. By participating in the competition or promotion each participant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

  2. By participating in the competition, winners agree to their names being published on Youbeli’s media.

  3. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.

  4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  5. If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable (for any reason), YOUBELI reserves the right to amend the prizes at its own and sole discretion, including providing the winner with a substitute prize.

  6. YOUBELI is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.

  7. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, YOUBELI and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.

  8. Participation is open to Malaysian’s companies only. Employees of YOUBELI are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

YOUBELI  also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to a participant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means, including the receipt of excess stickers.

  13. Please allow 5+ working days for the delivery of the prize.

  14. Each customer has one spin only . Any glitch in system which awards more than one prize maybe disallowed at the discretion of YOUBELI

  15. YOUBELI takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction,  inadvertent disconnection, or otherwise.
