All products purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:

1) Product packaging is faulty (i.e. torn plastic bag) upon arrival. Kindly snap a picture of the faulty product packaging. Only those who submit their return forms with 2 days upon receiving their product will be entertained. 

*Torn courier flyer bag is not accepted as a reason for refund/exchange.

2) Product quality has been compromised. For example, there's a big hole in the toy. Kindly snap a picture of the faulty product packaging. Only those who submit their return forms with 3 days upon receiving their product will be entertained. 

 

NOTE: All refund requests will be evaluated in a case-by-case basis. Decisions are final and non-disputable.
