Return and Exchange Policty

Please note that goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances:

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not as per order, etc.), please contact Youbeli customer service at 1800-88-2354 or email to [email protected] within 48 hours so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Youbeli customer service at 1800-88-2354 or email to [email protected] within 48 hours so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damage (leakage/broken) occurred to the product(s) during shipment, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required for our verification and investigation. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged. Please allow 5-14 days for us to process the replacement.

Mageline World is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.

If returns are shipped to us from outside Malaysia, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
