A GPS Fix is obtained by setting the watch to the ‘run’ mode and has the watch outside in clear view of the sky. Troubleshooting steps: To confirm the clock should not show when connected to a PC/Mac, this should just show a charging symbol Please can the customer press and hold the power/ light button for 15 seconds when disconnected from a computer and report back what is shown on the screen
